1. Who we are

SyncRows is operated by Víctor Martínez García, based in Valls (Tarragona), Spain ("we", "us"). Contact: support@syncrows.app. By installing or using SyncRows you agree to these terms.

2. The service

SyncRows is an add-on for Google Sheets that creates and updates events in Google Calendar from spreadsheet rows, and can bring calendar changes back to the sheet. It runs inside your Google account and depends on Google services and their limits, which are outside our control.

3. Plans

• Free: the features and limits listed on our pricing section and in the add-on, at no cost.
• Pro: a paid subscription, monthly or yearly, that unlocks the features listed for Pro. It renews automatically until you cancel.

4. Payments, cancellation and refunds

Pro subscriptions will be sold through a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record, whose checkout terms also apply. We will name it on this page before Pro goes on sale. You can cancel at any time; Pro features stay active until the end of the period you paid for. If SyncRows does not work for you, write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.

5. Your data and your responsibilities

• Your sheets and calendars remain yours. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.
• SyncRows only modifies calendars it created and shows a preview before it writes, but you are responsible for reviewing changes before confirming them and for keeping your own backups.
• Do not use SyncRows to send spam invitations, to break the law or to break Google's terms of service.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep SyncRows reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, especially when Google services or quotas are unavailable. We may change or improve features. If we remove a Pro feature you depend on, you can cancel and get a pro-rated refund for the unused period.

7. Liability

SyncRows is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

8. Ending the service

You can stop using SyncRows at any time by uninstalling it and revoking its access. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut SyncRows down, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund unused prepaid periods.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell Pro customers by email before they take effect.

10. Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence.
